Owner and CEO Mark Wynkoop and his Minneapolis, Minnesota based team have over 60 years of experience and have successfully serviced hundreds of customers over the past 10 years as the Clearene team.
"Very thorough, we did not have the best experience with our previous company. We were surprised at the “extras” Clearene provided vs the previous company. Will definitely reach out to them again for pool opening."

"I have used Premier Pool and Spa since 2017 and have seen a definite decline of their services. The last service used was closing of my pool the summer of 2019. They closed my pool with a couple newer guys that closed it the year before. The one guy was learning from the other. When labor people take care of your things they don't do it the way you would. They do it the fastest way possible which can ruin equipment. They took my mesh cover off and closed pool. In the process when they were folding my wet pool cover I had to remind them to spray something on it to keep it from molding. It was like they were not even planning on doing that just putting it away wet. They also said there were a couple of brass anchors broke and they would fix them. They open my pool last year so they must have broke them off last year. I said yes fixed them not thinking I would get charged. Every year the price continues to go up and they charge for each thing they do. These things they do need to be done to close a pool such as lower the water to close the pool. In the past I have not been charge for lowering the pool. The bill I received was $496.06 for closing my pool lowering water level and fixing 2 brass anchors. They then sent an email and told me they automatically took it off the credit card they have on file without asking me. Then I received a second email that they were charging my credit card a second time in the same day as the email came from a second person at the office. Since 2017 I have always called to pay my bill. Since my bill was not right I needed to talk to them. In the process of calling I wanted to talk with the Owner but they would not let me. They finally let me finally talk to a manager. That day I called the manager I called to pay the bill but ended up not paying as the guy at the front desk was not very nice when I called to pay him. Long story short instead of the manager taking care of this the company sent it to collections to get the money. I ended up paying $380.11 after several calls which was a lot closer but still not the exact amount I was quoted when initially called. They were probable in the process of increasing their pricing but you do have to let a client know from 1 year to the next. I will not be using their service for my pool in the future. Good luck to others that used them. By the way I have an extremely high credit rating so sending this to collections was not the right thing to do."

You should have your spa or hot tub inspected and serviced yearly to prevent more costly repairs. Regular hot tub maintenance can save money and help keep you safe from hazards such as faulty wiring. Call a professional hot tub repair specialist, who will know what common issues to look for and have the parts and tools on hand to fix them immediately.
The cost to repair a hot tub or spa ranges from about $170 to $550, depending on the repairs needed. Some of the most common hot tub repairs include leaks, clogged filters, and tripped GFCI breakers. If it’s an electrical problem, you should contact a professional hot tub repair service. Don’t DIY electrical repairs on a hot tub, as poorly repaired wiring can make the hot tub a serious electrocution hazard.
Pool repair costs vary depending on the type of pool. Repairing an inground pool ranges from $350 to $2,700, depending on the extent of the repairs needed. Repairs to an above-ground pool usually cost $100 to $700. The most common repairs include patching or replacing the vinyl pool liner, fixing plumbing or electrical lines, and repairing pumps, filters, and other equipment.
Depending on the size and type of pool, cleaning services cost about $80 to $150 per month, or $960 to $1,800 per year. Pool maintenance and cleaning services often include:
Testing the pH levels of your water
Cleaning filters, skimmer baskets, and traps
Skimming surface debris from the water
Vacuuming the pool
Additional cleaning and upkeep
