Paragon Pools

I recently visited this store and purchased 3-inch chlorine tablets for $207.50. The employee rang up the item without showing me the container beforehand, and based on the price, I expected a 40-pound container. However, after placing it in my car, I realized it was only 25 pounds, making it significantly more expensive than other retailers nearby. I returned to the store immediately to request a refund, but was told that chemicals cannot be returned in this state. I explained my concern about the pricing, but the employee did not offer any solution. When I expressed my frustration and said I wouldn’t shop here again, I was told, "Fine, leave and don’t come back." I was disappointed by both the pricing and customer service. If you’re looking for fair prices and better service, you may want to consider other options.

I would not recommend Paragon Pools to anyone. They were called out to fix a leak and charged us $966 but did not fix the leak. I have been asking for the paperwork associated with the work and Mike Henry says he “can’t find it “. We can’t use the pool til it’s fixed. They were scheduled to come out her last Tuesday and didn’t show up or call even after I called midday and asked for a status on when they would arrive.
