"Nick and his crew were amazing on this project. They added a 22' x 12' deck on the back of our home and it only took them 3 days! Process was super simple, Nick came by and figured out what our wants and needs were. Within a few days drew it up, and provided the documents we needed for the HOA. He also took care of the permit and inspection. We put down our deposit and the materials were delivered right to our yard. Nick showed up the next morning and got started. The deck feels and looks amazing. I would 100% recommend Nick to anyone looking to add something new they will love to their home."

"We worked primarily with Nataly and Brenden along with a fair amount of interaction with John who put up our tile. All of these folks were outstanding to work with and made every attempt to answer our questions in a timely fashion. We have had so many compliments on our new kitchen and love it so much. Nataly has such a great vision, she was very instrumental in putting it all together. John put in the tile which was challenging, it looks wonderful he also did several other tasks. Brenden managed the day to day events and kept us in the loop. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Working with Trevor and his guys was AWESOME! He came out to our house, got the measurements, inquired about everything we were looking for in our new deck. He provided multiple options (Cedar, Composite, Combination of both types of materials) and provided his insights to help us make the best choice for us.  I got multiple bids for the job and his was by far the best. There was another builder who was trying to charge an additional $6,000 for the exact same deck. He completed the plans for us and stayed in email and phone contact with us the entire time.
He got the work underway a month before we were supposed to start, after checking in to make sure that was alright with us. Trevor and his guys did a wonderful job using a Herringbone pattern on the decking and really nice wood work for the railings and stairwell. They used routers to smooth the edges and added some nice detail. There isn't one thing we don't like about our new deck. 
As someone with limited experience in construction, I really appreciated that he had the expertise and ethics to do the best job possible. I would refer this company to anyone looking for an honest, hard working, attention to detail oriented builder. It is evident that these gentlemen love what they do and they are excellent at it.

"I’ve hired many contractors for various projects over the years a few compare to Fair and Square Remodeling. I loved the character of my 1930’s cottage style home and the Nokomis neighborhood but simply needed more space. I knew adding a second story addition would not be a simple project so I was careful in selecting a contractor that I felt had the experience to handle the job. I will be the first to admit that not everything with this project went perfectly smooth. There were a few issues along the way due to the age of the house and some prior work that had been done but my project manager was easy to work with, resourceful, and worked through the issues in a way that kept the project on track. My favorite parts of this addition are the engineered wood floors that they recommended and the tile work that matches the existing house perfectly. I would recommend Fair and Square without hesitation."
