"Great. He was prompt and called to let me know he was on his way. He did find a problem with the AC unit, which he didn't push me to replace, but it's a good thing I did, because it was in the high 90's and humid for the next several days afterwards. When my husband looked at the part, he said heavy use would have burned it out (it was some sort of electrical relay). Try getting someone to come fix your AC in the middle of a heat wave! The part was an additional $200 installed."
