"Fantastic! Trevor worked personally with us from the initial estimate all the way through completion of construction. He ran every number, gave us lots of different ideas, was patient, and had no problem using the design we brought to him. We knew he would be busy throughout the summer, but he kept us up-to-date with the timeline and met the scheduled start date. When he did start, he was right there with his two guys, 100% hands-on the whole way through. They were extremely professional, and worked hard, bell to bell, from start to finish. Finally, we'll note that we did our research, received several bids prior to making our initial decision, and Trevor came in the lowest by quite a bit. "One structure in the form of a arbor with a gate completed our fence.
     The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
     gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
      We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself.  Which gives a soft
      and flowing water sound near the small deck.
      The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look.  It was also accomplished as per estimate of
       time and cost.  They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish
       time.
     
       We would "highly" recommend these contractors to anyone wanting this type of excellent yard work done.

"This provider did a great job and completed it in one day.   The replacement window is double paned and a large improvement over the prior window.   The "earth well"  on the outside has been redone with timbers per my request and appears to be tight and durable. My only comment to the contrary is that there was considerably more dust than I anticipated and a small ladder was not placed in the outside "earth well".

"I had a bit of a problem initially scheduling an estimate appointment, trying by email and phone, and it also took a month to get an an appointment for the work to be done but it was worth the wait. Dan was able to fix some outlets and replace several light fixtures for almost 1/3 the cost of the electrician's estimate. He was professional and respectful and completed the work quickly and cheerfully. We will definitely request his services if we have any future projects we need assistance completing."

Clint arrived on time for our sales call. He was prepared with information and samples and provided guidance when needed.  We wanted to think about the purchase, since it was an expensive shade option - he did try really hard to get us to make a decision before he left.  I wasn't crazy about that - it felt pushy.  Clint was very upfront about the cost being more than most awning companies, but he did all the measuring and the product is a quality product.  We liked the product and the Angie's List discount that was offered, so we called him back within a couple of weeks and made the purchase. 

The installers arrived on time and were very careful to remove all the deck furniture before starting work. They cleaned up after themselves and put the furniture back when finished.

Our awning is quite large - 30 feet long.  It does a great job of shading our deck and looks very nice.  It's motorized; the wind sensor is great since it almost takes care of itself. We would definitely get an awning again and would recommend this company
