Matt was excellent throughout the process. He kept me informed. He brought in the sub-contractors as needed. He checked the work frequently and made adjustments where or if needed. I referred Matt to friends because I was very happy with his oversight and reliability.

Great! Matt was always pleasant and very knowledgeable about all aspects of mold remediation. He made it all so easy and did accommodate my needs of having my condo done during a time I was away.

Called in to get carpets cleaned and asked if we could have a Saturday morning.... no problem... he is very flexible with times and returned our call immediately to schedule!

1) The technician/boss kept reminding me several times that I am getting the service for very cheap and kept saying things like the service normally costs 250+ etc every now and then. When I finally said, it doesn't matter how much it is normally, when they themselves put up a coupon out there, he must have got mad! 2) When I asked the technician/boss if they were on Angie's List, he said yes and that they were very well rated, but he clearly isn't. Mine is the first review. 3) He said he will charge extra for travel to our place when clearly on his coupon it says no charge for within 30 mi radius of his zip code. When I said we are in that area, he said he drove 40 some miles. I had checked before buying the coupon and we were 21.9 mi away. 4) He was exceptionally loud and talking over me not letting me finish. I guess when he realized I wasn't gullible, he refused to complete our service and said "I don't like your personality".
