The installation was also done well, and he is allowed us to have much better utilization of space. We had him come out again to provide a quote for our master bedroom closet, and again, the customer service was wonderful. During both visits, he laid out all suitable options for our space and was never pushy or salesy about anything which is not only appreciated, but also pretty rare for these types of things. He is got a good eye for design, client preferences, & each individual space, and is very easy to communicate & work with. First we will pre treat all carpeted areas, then we come through with our CRB machine (counter rotating brushes) this helps emulsify the soil lifting it to the tops of the fibers. Then we do a final hot water extraction with 230 degrees of water and a mild rinsing agent. We have 20 years of experience in the business. I am a owner operator with many years of experience.
