"I have known Doug for about 8 years and has done work for me on and off with his boys, who are great kids. When they do a job they do it very professional. When they get started on a project and they do it well. If something is not right he comes back and takes care of it right away. "Haphazard job. Disorganized.1Did not use professional equipment or cleaning products. Tried cleaning outside with the screen still on? What gives with that. Did not complete the job. All inside bedroom windows were left Uncleaned and 2 outside windows were not even touched. I talked with Alex and he reassured me that they would return and complete the job. Did not show up! In light windows were streaky at most. The final bill was almost double what he had quoted. Very unhappy with service!!! They will not be used again and no references for me."
