Ivan assessed the insulation, showed me the issue with lack of insulation (there was only 3 inches) and the building standards, gave me a fair price on insulating, and a week later he has insulated this section of our home. I also could not believe this was not caught when we bought our home and again had insulation checked by a company last year after paying $3000 in ice dam removal. "Installed EZ Screen on 8x11 porch, which had no stairway. Jeff added 6x3 platform to porch and built custom screen door and ran stairs down to ground level deck. LOOKS great. Project was finished and all materials removed and site cleaned in 3 work days. Also did 1 day project later to add smaller stairs to back door that matches front stairs. Also added 17 "gutter and downspout that covered the porch deck/stairs area."
