"They are professional and thorough, but there is really no wiggle room if you would like something differently done. Choices in booklet are pretty basic, not a lot of options (for flooring types, door style, trim) This company is like the Anderson Windows of basements. (No doubt they spend a lot on advertising; There is a reason they are the top result when searching!) Expect to pay quite a bit more than you planned, but I knew if I chose them it would be done and warrantied for everything. Sometimes you just want to sign and not worry, and I would definitely pick Finished basements plus if you are in that situation and have the budget."

"Great experience-start to finish. I cannot say enough good things about working with this company. Russell made sure I understand exactly what was happening with our foundation, exactly what him and his crew were going to do, and how much it would cost. Zero pressure to hire them - just an explanation of what was happening and how it could be fixed. Sometimes construction was delayed, we started much later than I had planned…and it took longer than expected - BUT I would hire them 100x over. There is no other company I would trust with my foundation. Period. His crew worked in the pouring rain, cleaned up at the end of the day - (meaning they swept the street in front of my house) and protected my grass during construction. I would challenge ANYone to come over and guess where they dug. (8ft+trench) The crew even preserved some trinkets for my girls when they dug in their fairy garden♥️. I’m so impressed with this company and though it was the most $$ I’ve spent ever on a home - I’m so so glad we hired them - and I am so grateful that we met him. Btw - he was there often to inspect the work and explain where they were in the process, what they had done, and why they’re doing it. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
