"Dillon came to the house explained what needed to be done, which entailed a tear off. He went over all the options as far as materials used and the prices. He was very patient and He was able to answer all my questions which made me feel very comfortable. Dillon also stopped by to observe while the crew was working. The crew did an excellent job, were very polite. They did an excellent job cleaning up the after the job was finished. Definitely would recommend this company."

"Missed some areas and when texted that he missed a coat behind the refrigerator and stove I got this long text back on how I was being too picky and what a wonderful job they did and all the extra work they did. Nobody was really going to look behind there anyways. It was a small job and they said it would take three days and they were out in three day whether they were done or not. The upstairs bathroom was just to paint the wainscoating panels I had just put up and that I covered some of the holes with calk that turned out to be non praintable. We talked about it before he took the job and he stated to not to worry that he would just go over them with his calk. The day he left he look at the bathroom and stated he would never take a job like that again as he did not like the way the job came out, like he was blaming me, but he said he was not blaming be. Then why make the comment. Rubbing my old calk off with my thumb seemed to work and where it did not sand paper would have worked. If I had known he was going to complain about the bad job he did and blame me I would have taken the caulk off myself before they stated. During the job I pointed out some areas that his sister missed and he kept telling me that she should but on here glassed. Note she was the one who did the upstairs bathroom. i ended up doing the missed areas myself. All through the job he was tell me how he did not like how the job was coming out and at this point I agree with him. It was not a bad job just not a very good job and a number of areas missed and not prepped well. Would have thought with a name like Precision Painting they would have been a little more precise. I have other rooms to paint and will not be calling this company back. Glad I only gave them a small part of the project to test them out. Have not had good luck with painters."

Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts

Regular sealing and repainting help maintain the restored surface’s durability.

Sandblasting removes old paint, rust, and grime efficiently, providing a clean surface for refinishing.

If you’re DIYing the project, it could take up to a week if you aren’t able to dedicate full-time hours. If you hire a professional and they arrive with a team, expect your stairs to be sanded in as little as 2 hours (for simple projects). Finishing the stairs takes a while longer as there are drying and sealing times to consider, but the actual work will take much less time than the sanding portion.

The disadvantages of sandblasting are noise, mess, and risk. Sandblasters are louder than chainsaws and spread debris on the ground and through the air. Let your neighbors know that you're sandblasting so they can prepare. Sandblasting can damage your property if not done properly, so thoroughly vet any pros you talk to before hiring.

Sanding and pressure washing serve different purposes in deck maintenance, so one is not necessarily better than the other. Pressure washing is ideal for annual cleaning to remove dirt, grime, mold, and mildew. Sanding is a deeper restoration method used to smooth rough surfaces, remove an old finish, and prepare the wood for a new coat of stain or paint. The ideal process for refinishing a deck is to first clean it (with a power washer), then sand it, and finally apply the new stain or finish. While cleaning should be done annually, sanding and staining are typically needed only every one to three years.
