This included replacing damaged drywall, repairing a sagging ceiling that was water damaged, and spraying the "Popcorn" plaster on the ceiling. Also, the entire downstairs was subsequently painted. I was very satisfied with the drywall repair, I was very satisfied with the repair of the sagging ceiling, and the re-spraying of the popcorn plaster on the ceiling was excellent. The subsequent painting was professional. Two coats were applied everywhere, and the PPG brand of paint was of excellent quality. "Joe did a good job with our drywall and the door. The project was very well done and we are happy with the way it turned out. There were 3 administrative things that we are not very happy about: 1. The project was initially scheduled for the last week of August and they said it would be done in one day. It took a lot longer than that for the project to be completed. 2. We asked for a door to be added to the project and we were told it would cost around $50, but the eventual charge for this door was significantly higher. 3. We were charged a significant additional fee for the permit. This was never disclosed upfront. Had this been disclosed, I would have gotten the permit myself. I would recommend their services but would caution others to get clarification on the final cost of the project."
