I usually drive contractors nuts but this was stress free and exceeded all of my expectations. The honesty and integrity of this company was clearly visible everyday on site. The cost was less than his competitors but more than that, the spectacular reviews sold me - he is worth a 6 if one could go higher than 5. He even repaired some old work that caught his eye at no charge. "I recommend Allshire highly and without reservation. Russ, John, and all their crews were professional and we felt comfortable throughout the process. Our bathroom was fully gutted and rebuilt (with same footprint) - the end result was fantastic and I believe the value was very high. Just to make others aware - we had a fair amount of back and forth with the inspectors from our township and had several hardware items delivered to our house that were broken so they had to be re-ordered - so job took longer than we (and Allshire) expected. That said, the company has many positive attributes: 1) communication is solid 2) attitude is positive and professional 3) final workmanship very high 4) pricing very reasonable 5) overall demeanor is friendly and flexible which is what we wanted. "First they did not show up for appointment. I rescheduled, the guy removed old broken caulk around my exterior doors. There were some large gaps and he did not know what to do. He tried spray foam and tried to caulk over it. the foam reacted and bubbled out of the holes. He did not think to call his boss first and when he did the boss only wanted him to get it done and did not offer any solutions. The guy left and never came back."
