They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. I called Drain Surgeon around 8:30 AM. They were already booked today so we made an appointment for tomorrow morning. They called me around 1:00 PM and said they could be at my house in 30 minutes! I was ecstatic that they could be here today. The two guys were very efficient and figured out where to look for the clog pretty quickly. They were able to open up the clog (it was a lot of hair). They made sure that the toilets were flushing ok, and we also tried running the sink water and the shower. They were so very efficient! They were also very neat and tidy. The only things I had to clean up was from the initial mess before I called them, and I also had to move my boxes back in the basement (ha ha; I have way too much junk downstairs). "I called this company to address a blocked drain in my basement. I had water standing and the drain wouldn't drain. Trevor Martin was the plumber who arrived and immediately started telling me that they don't guarantee their work. He started by telling me that their charge is $350. Even though I thought that was high I agreed. He ran a power snake about two feet into the drain and got stuck. He pulled it out and told me that the pipe was collapsed. He was at my house 15 minutes. I received a bill for $250 which included "Clear Laundry Floor Drain" for $200 and "Evaluation service call fee" for $50. I called another plumber who ran a scope down, saw that the pipe was not collapsed and cleared the clog. When I called Boelcke to complain, I was told that Trevor had noted that I had used bad language with him. I did not nor would I ever do that to a tech. Begrudgingly, they wrote off the bill. I asked to have the manager call me and they ended the call quickly. This company tried to scam me for services they didn't perform and then blamed me for bad language. Beware. Use someone else as there are many reputable plumbers."
