Was not able to follow cleaning instructions. Owner was working on training and redoing most of the work herself again when time would allow. When time didn't allow the place was not cleaned. Just remade beds, cleared trash and straightened up.

We took in the chair to be cleaned. By taking it in ourselves we saved about half. It was cleaned in the time specified. They couldn't locate the piece or order at first. The piece was cleaned, but still smelled like some pet urine. We had been warned about this, however.
