They are very prompt. If they say they are going to be there at 8:30, they are there at 8:30. I know exactly where their office is located if I need to go there. The workers have been supportive. If there was something they were having trouble with, they could call the boss and he would come over. The price is reasonable, I have no comparison. The builder recommended him right away, and he has had twenty years' experience in the area, so there was no problem. The only call back was for a ceiling fan because I didn't have a rod to extend it like I should have had on hand. He came back to do that once I was able to purchase one, and that was my fault and not his fault.
