"Working with Michael to set up the two moves with terrific. My problems came from the actual movers. The first movers dropped a heavy piece and damaged it. This group to our items to a location where they were transferred to another group to finish the move. More damage happened. The second move was done by a different group who picked up our things and delivered them. Again some damage. My problem with the second move was with the claim department at National Van Lines. I was overly careful about the damages I claimed (only submitting the largest items or easiest to replace), but had to negotiate to get a fair deal. BUT NVL did set me up with a great guy who could fix most of the damaged items."

"It was great working with this moving company. We ordered a treadmill from the manufacturer and assumed that it would be delivered inside of the house (it wasn’t). It was approximately 11 AM, so I figured it would be nearly impossible for a moving company to come out the same day, but I would give it a try.
