"I am a repeat customer for gutter and dryer cleaning so I called whrn the Chimney Cap blew off leaving my chimney exposed and open to the elements and animals. When I spoke with the staff several times on the phone I was assured they carrier caps for immediate install which was not the case.

Nathan who was very peronable came out inspected the chimney and recommends a liner plus new cap. He also recommended some preventive sevices which I elected to think about and get additional estimates. I provided a deposit and expressed some urgency about getting this service completed to recap the chimney which is open.

I was advised to work with schedulers as he was unclear on his schedule and how long I may have to wait for install of the new cap. He did say they would be flexible with time of day for work schedules

If the customer lives outside of our service area, we will charge for an estimate. But only if it is a long trip that would cost alot in fuel expenses.Otherwise Estimates are free.we rarely ever have to charge for an estimate.
