When we purchased out house, we knew the roof would have to be replaced because it was about 15 years old and the type of shingle installed had quality defects which caused it to prematurely wear. After the hailstorm hit the city, I didn’t really think anything of it until Gus came knocking on the door. Gus was very professional and walked me through every step of the process and even assisted in the insurance claim call. He went above and beyond to ensure the process went smoothly, was on budget, and completed in a reasonable manor. He was able to meet with me outside of his normal working hours to pick out the replacement shingles and taught me so much about the claim process and how to look for hail damage on a shingle. He gave me inside tips on how different insurance companies fight claims and Gus ensured me that he would jump through ever hoop he had too in order to get a new roof on the house. Luckily, my insurance provider accepted the claim on the first submission. When the team showed up to rip and replace, I was already at work and by the time I got home they were nearly finished and cleaning up. Throughout the process I was able to work with both Gus and josh, it appears that both of these employees are ready to push Avalon to the next level and incorporate new advanced technologies that make both of their jobs easier and safer.
