"The entire staff was friendly, curteous and professional from start to finish. They arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and answered any and all of my questions. Although our carpet wasn't able to be stretched (apparently it was installed incorrectly) they did a very thorough job cleaning them and at a reasonable rate. "Our primary living room has this obvious seam running down the middle of the room. The carpet installers told us when they looked at the room, that they locate the seam to be close to one of the walls. Instead they put it where everyone is sure to see it. Not a good look. But that's not why I rated them poorly. I have a photographing table in my basement. The installers moved it and moved it back, and broke off two of my light holders in the process. Ugh! This hardware is no longer made and now I have to hunt down replacement hardware that will cost me at least $500."
