"Hansons was hired to install new windows and siding. 3 days ago, Hanson installers failed to reconnect the furnace exhaust pipe causing carbon monoxide to accumulate in the basement causing family members to become ill. Prior to this, Hansons repeatedly failed to arrive on-time for a period of more than 30 days. At this time the job is still incomplete."
