On one faucet, he worked on it for four hours and two trips to the hardware store. I called them and told them he was incompetent and needed some help. They refused. All three fixtures quickly came loose and I just spent $220 with another firm to tighten his bolts for him. The next time a customer tells you that your plumber is in over his head, take them seriously and send someone to help him."
