Hello, my name is Patricia and I habe a love for Cleaning. I have 15 years experience in all kinds of Cleaning services. From Residential to Vacation and Air BNBs to Dental Offices, Local Businesses,Bank Operation Headquarters Office, and Factories. Also, experience Cleaning Dispensaries and breweries. I have done Post Construction Cleans, some were brand new homes on the beach front in N.C. While other cleans were Residential Remodels. I have an overall 5 years in that area. I decided to start my own business with my friend based on the facts that we wanted to paddle out further and see if we can make it. Plus, we love to clean and we love to help people. "Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
