I called the company, and I told them that I took the day off work today, and was expecting them. She said that the estimator gave us a wrong price. I said we were sorry, but that is what we agreed to, and it was just a big mess. They eventually came out and did the work, but I just felt that the professionalism was just horrible. They did a wonderful job, but I think they should have been upfront with us. If the estimate was wrong, they should have told us way before we scheduled a time and a date to have the work done. They were nasty to us for their error. We felt the price was reasonable."
