"Very professional and well-done work to perform repairs to 4 cracks that were leaking from previous repairs and repaired multiple rod holes in foundation. Many of which either were actively leaking prior to repairs or showing signs of leaking soon. The tech, Randy, had previously not been out to site before for quote. But took the time prior to starting any work to go over the proposal and review all work that was expected to be performed to verify his and my expectations were both in alignment. About halfway through the job had me re-verify that all rod holes that were previously identified and discussed were being addressed. Did a great job performing clean up and stayed later than expected to fully complete the job instead of calling it a day in the middle of the work. Would highly recommend Stay Dry to others for work to repair foundation cracks and rod hole leaks."

"The repairman was extremely courteous.  There were some issues with the air conditioner so he offered to do additional repairs which seemed a bit expensive, but the results were great.  Would have them do additional service in the future.

The vast majority of hinges are symmetrical, and either side of the hinge can go on the door or the frame. Occasionally, you'll find a hinge specifically made for right or left-handed doors with different attachment hardware or larger plates on one side. It is possible to install hinges backward, so be careful when placing them. Position the hinge so that the hinge pin faces the direction the door will swing. If part of the key is protruding out of the lock, you can use a pair of needle-nosed pliers or tweezers to gently turn the key in the lock to open the door. If the key is fully inserted into the lock, you may also be able to use a key extractor to help turn the key into the unlocked position. 

But if the key breaks off halfway into the lock or you simply can’t reach it to help engage the unlocking mechanisms, you should probably call a professional.

Yes, spray foam is simple and effective for filling in holes in a door. Use low-expansion aerosol foam insulation to avoid creating too much pressure. Stuff some old newspaper around the inside perimeter of the hole to contain the spray foam, and then fill the void with foam. Once it dries, cut the foam flush with the door's surface, apply a few coats of spackle, sand it down, and paint.
