J&M was created as a business that will eventually be handed down to my sons. The tasks the business handles are those that require general building and maintenance skills. Any skills acquired for these jobs were ones that I learned from my dad or grandfather, both of which were licensed builders. I stand behind all work the business does with a 100% money back guarantee.

"The 3 story condo project that Preferred completed was done efficiently and professionally. I had the pleasure of meeting each associate during the project and all were courteous and professional. The quality of work was outstanding. Added value to the project for us included some deck cleaning and power washing of exterior spiral staircases. Kudos Todd to you and your staff."

"Oscar power washed the deck, steps and railings. He arrived on time. Did the work well at a very reasonable price. Based on that good experience I hired him again to clean all the outside windows. Again that work was done very well at the agreed price ."

"Excellent response time. Great to work with customer. Excellent clean-up. Exceptional price. Will hire again."

"Professional crew. Took care to be sure the job was done the way the customer requested. Cleaned up the area at the end of each day and also when the job was complete. The price was right. I would definitely recommend them."

"The project was finished quickly with the contractor very willing to fit their work schedule to ours. They were neat and thorough, and always courteous and pleasant to deal with. They moved planters and furniture before starting the project and replaced them afterwards. There was nothing left for us to do but enjoy our refreshed decks."
