"Our sales person Spencer was Amazing, he went out of his way to explain everything, The person who called to set up installation was rude and lied to us we were getting a 12 foot slider installed and we asked if we could have Champion installers install it he said they do not have their own installers they only have sub contractors so when I said I know who not to buy my windows through he said that's up to you so I called Spencer and he said that is not true they do have in house installers and he would get back to me..so Gabe and Tyler show up to install our door and I have to tell you those two boys did a Amazing job, The door was too small but they found a way and made sure we were happy with everything they did and when we get windows we will request them to install them and I suggest anyone reading this to also request Gabe and Tyler they are great at what they do."

"It was a steady process. Of course there were hiccups along the way, but with Renaissance & myself working as a TEAM on this project, everything was done & done well. I do believe that is KEY on any project, especially one of this size. I told Jamie at the beginning of the project that communication was VERY important to me. "I booked Jezak through Angi for assembly of two bedside units. Before the appointment, I had sent him the product link and we agreed on a price. He arrived on time, looked at the items and the instructions, then said he didn?t have the necessary tools (a flathead screwdriver, #2 Phillips head screwdriver, and hammer). I told him I had the tools available, but he still left, saying he would return later with his own. After several hours, I reached out to check in ? he said he would be here in about an hour. I called again later, and he told me he would be here in 15?20 minutes. Then, after around 15 minutes, he said he had a flat tire and would call me the next day to schedule a new time. After that, he stopped responding completely. I even had to postpone my appointments that day because he said he would be coming back later, which caused additional inconvenience. I understand that he might have felt the job wasn?t worth the agreed rate, but this in unprofessional."

"I hired JLM Home Solutions to install all my interior doors and closets including frames/casings in my upstairs. Jason was a horrible person the entire time I hired him. He acted like a nice person just to get hired. I regret hiring him. Unfortunately I had signed a contract by the time I found out he was no good. Every time I brought up something that was not done right, he’d yell and raise his voice at me. He’s very rude and unprofessional with the worst customer service. He was rude on text, rude on phone and rude in person. Jared, I guess one of his employees was a great person, very polite and did an amazing job. He worked on the project in a professional manner. He didn’t come back though to finish the project because Jason sent another person instead, David, who did an awful job. Jason didn’t want to hear it that David’s work was not the greatest. I had to put a stop payment after I found out one of the closet doors wasn’t installed right and other things that were wrong. Jason got so upset that he had to come back to fix the problem after I told him I didn’t want David. Jason came to my house but failed to fix the problem still. Instead he made me feel threatened in my own house. He was all in my face yelling at me saying nothing was wrong with the closet. Even my little dog was scared. I had to call my daughter and son to come over because I was so terrified that he was maybe going to hurt me. I stayed on the phone all the time while he was there so someone could hear his abusive behavior. That day after Jason left, I had to get a second opinion on the closet. Another contractor couldn’t believe the way the closet was installed and for Jason to insist it was okay. He left the old frame on and didn’t want to here when I mentioned it. I’ll have this closet removed and a new one with new frame installed the right way. I had to insist Jason deduct some money for that closet from the balance owed to him. A couple of days later, I noticed my kitchen door they installed still had cracks on the inside frame close to the lock. I had mentioned that to him. I texted him to let him know with pictures showing the cracks. Now Jason won’t respond to my text, email or phone. I asked him to send one of his guys to fix the door. Not him because I don’t want him around me. I’ve tried everything to get to him. I know he’s ignoring me. I paid him so much money for this project. If I don’t hear from him I’ll have no choice but to file small claims. He cannot leave my door like that after I paid him so much money and thinks he can just get away with it. If there was an option of zero stars, that’s what I’d have given JLM."

"This my first review so here goes,he was very polite,kept me updated before coming to do job.He had his son's helping him,they taped and covered everything and did a great job and did a great clean up,they offered to help replace furniture to the room placement. They were very freindly,and polite I felt comfortable with them In my home enjoyed visiting with them as they worked.i would rate them a5 star and will definitely use them for other work.I hope this review gets them lots more work.thanks"
