Dee works with Larry, and she spent several hours doing miscellaneous services such as removing old caulk, putting in new caulk in different locations, taking down a blind, rehanging a new blind, muddying a bathroom ceiling and part of a family room ceiling, then came back out after a few days of curing and painted.
Very satisfied with their services and will be asking them to do an exterior project when we get back in town.

Acrylic latex paint is the best option to use on your outdoor wrought iron fence, because it holds up well against the elements. You should wait three to six months after you buy it to paint pressure-treated wood. It needs time to dry from the chemicals applied to it. The paint will not adhere to the treated wood as well if it’s still wet from chemicals. To test the wooden boards, drip water onto them. If the wood absorbs the water, it’s ready for painting. If the water beads up, it’s not dry enough to paint yet. You can build your deck or fence while the treated wood is still wet, but you’ll need to paint it later.
Applying a topcoat sealer is not required, but it will keep the stain from fading over time. This is particularly important if the stain imparts a color or varnish. If you’re staining exterior wood, you should apply a sealant or finish to prevent weather-related issues down the line. Also, stained wood that lacks a seal won’t look as clean and fresh. A clear topcoat will give it the professional result you want.
Maintain your wattle fence by inspecting it at least twice per year for loose weaving and degrading branches. Replace any seriously degraded sections, ensure water drains properly around the posts, and trim any sprouting branches if you used green wood.
