I paid over $8,000 for work that was never fully completed, and I?ve been dealing with unprofessional behavior every step of the way. The day after they said the roof was going to be done, I sent them a text, asking if the roof was fully finished. Instead of giving a straightforward answer, I received a response saying, ?It?s only 2:00????? ? a completely dismissive reply with no real update on the work. From that point on, I had to harass them repeatedly via calls and emails just to get pictures of the roof and gutter guards. The house is two stories, so I couldn?t see most of the roof from the ground, and I certainly couldn?t see the gutter guards. I needed them to show proof of completion, but they refused to send me any proper documentation or images. But they certainly didn?t stop sending me invoices and badgering me for payment!"
