My driveway is really long and there is an area between the house and pole barn that is paved. We haven't done anything to maintain it for over ten years. Rosas was hired to sealcoat. They had to fill a couple areas with asphalt, patch and edge before they could seal. It looks so good! I asked them to make an area for the garbage can because it is difficult to move in winter. The price was right, they were timely and courteous. Good people who did a great job.

Great job at a fair price. Rosas were flexible and showed up on our delayed schedule. They paid close attention to details such as carefully edging and sealing around cement sidewalks, garage apron and brick walls. Jose went above and beyond patching and sealing cracks. We would highly recommend using Rosas.

This job of sealing I have had done by other firms not one of them could match the work of Rosas The drive still looks brand new and there was no fuel oil smell as Tosas does not spray sealer on our drive was done either 2 or 3 years ago
