"The guys did great work at a fair price. Once the weather finally cleared they were able to come and completed the brick work in one day. I had a question about part of the job possibly not being done. They came back out the week I called to confirm/take care of it. Some states require carpenters to be licensed to perform forms of carpentry, such as framing. The license requires a certain amount of experience and to pass an examination. In states that don’t require carpenters to be licensed, they must be licensed as a contractor if they work independently rather than solely as a subcontractor under a licensed builder. The miter box contains wide slots to support the piece of baseboard and other narrow slots to accommodate the blade of the hand saw.
