As luck would have it, we were able to schedule them in one day and now have a new system that eliminates most of the issues we experienced with our old, store bought unit. This system is much sturdier and is made with locally available parts as well. They had EVERYTHING they needed on their truck and even offered to upgrade ( at no charge!) our by-pass valve that was installed before we bought our house 40 years ago! It was winter and my water pipes were also in danger without my furnace functioning along with too cold to be inside my home. Time was of the essence and literally costing me $ by the day. Brian ( the professional handling my service) arrived in 2 days while all the other companies I contacted could not provide service for 6 weeks. He was professional, proficient, knowledgeable, and such a relief that my problems were solved and in working order in just 3 hours time starting with inspection of service needed, collecting all materials need for service, and service itself.
