Roger was here promptly & ordered a part after 1st visit. 2nd visit Roger came out again to install part. He was very friendly and spent the time to assist me moving around the food in my freezer. That was above and beyond customer service.

Straight Edge NEVER contacted me after Angi list gave it my home project; failed to return my two telephone call messages; and ignored my two text messages. When the company owner, Roger, finally answered my third telephone call, he treated me in a very rude manner, acting like I was actually bothering him for asking him if he would come to my home and inspect my refrigerator. He then promised me he would come to my home two days later on a Thursday, but he failed to come to my home on that day and failed to call me to say he was not coming to my home. This company deserves a zero star rating, and should clearly be removed from Angis list.

Roger made immediate arrangements to repair our dryer, notified me when the service crew were on their way and then followed up with his crew's work to ensure all was well. Friendly, Professional and Trustworthy, the completed repairs saved me from having to buy a new dryer. It's refreshing to know I can depend on someone locally like Roger and his business to do a good job well done! No doubt, I will call him again for future repairs.

Although the part took a week to arrive, when it came in, Roger came on a Saturday to install it. He pointed out some things that need to be taken care of, and took extra time to show and explain them to me. I would definitely call him again.

He went above and beyond buy picking up the dishwasher from Lowe’s and installed it. I would have been without a dishwasher for 2 weeks waiting for Lowe’s to deliver and install.

Very professional--always on time. He made some suggestions of things other than my freezer and gave my home attention it needed. Was not at all pushing--just gave an honest opinion. Pricing was very reasonable. I will most definitely call him when other problems show up.

Roger (who I just found on the Internet when a problem arose) arrived to assess the problem with our refrigerator within 2 hours of my phone call. He ordered the parts quickly and had it fixed as soon as the parts came in. He was easily accessible by phone and has excellent customer service skills - some customer service people could stand to take a class from him! He even called the next day as a follow up to make sure the fridge was cooling properly. I HIGHLY recommend Strait Edge Appliance Repair.

A much welcomed local business that is competent, customer driven, energetic, mature and accountable in a sea of competitors that shouldn't be allowed to be in any business. Roger and his associates understand the "service" industry. On time every time.

Have been very pleased with Roger Guerra, the owner. He is punctual, courteous, technical skilled, and very efficient. Today, he cleaned the entire dryer, removed heavy lint build-up, replaced the drum belt, pulley, and bearing. He completed the job perfectly, cleaned up, billed me by smartphone and Quicken Books and was paid instantly. TIME 1 HOUR! SUPERB.

Friendly professional and quick service. Evaluated the problem within 30 minutes and ordered replacement part over night. Came back next day and finished the job in 30 minutes. Problem solved at a very reasonable rate for part and labor.

Roger was called by townhouse owner s representative and came the next morning. He advised the owner that with the dishwasher being ~10 years old, it was not cost effective to repair it. Owner agreed to replacement. Roger purchased new whirlpool dishwasher in Brownsville and installed it that evening. Great service!
