"i hired Micheal Kornexl owner of Oak Outdoor Services to remove a large dead oak tree from the back of my property on October 11th. He and his crew of incompetents arrived at one of my homes in Muskegon with a single lift and proceeded to destroy the flat roof below the tree by dropping a number of branches onto the roof. one particularly large branch put a huge hole in the roof damaging the ceiling in the bedroom below. he admitted that it was too big a job for his company after repeatedly damaging other shingled areas resulting in the entire flat roof needing to be replaced and refused to answer our calls and texts to take responsibility for all the damages. he also caused damage to the house behind our house by breaking a window, cracking the window frame and damaging the siding in the house. His insurance company said they will only cover $4000 of the $12000 in needed repairs. he refused to even pay us his $2500 deposit. I am already out $7000 for half of the repairs. "

"TERRIBLE PEIPLE TO WORK WITH. IM OUT $50. It took about 2 weeks to get Brian out to give me an estimate. At that time, he told me he charges $50 for an estimate which goes towards the work if he’s hired. He’d not mentioned that before and it was a red flag but I gave him the $50 and he said he’d be back on 7/19. I texted him the day before to confirm and he didn’t respond. So I texted again that evening and the text wouldn’t deliver. I called and a msg said I was calling from a restricted number, he blocked me! I called Cameron the next morning and explained what happened and he said he was trying to reach Brian as well. He told me he’d come out and do the work and would call me back with some options of when he could come. Four days have passed and no call back. I’ve tried calling again and his mailbox is full. TERRIBLE WAY TO DO BIZ!!"
