"I reached out on Wednesday to book standard cleaning service for Friday, April 25 at 9am. I spoke with someone on Thursday morning to confirm. I was told that I would get an email confirmation with the booking info and paperwork. Not long after booking, I contacted them back to change the time to 2pm on Friday, April 25 and let them know that I had not received the email confirmation from the first time I called. On Friday, April 25 in the morning, I still had not received anything and called again. I spoke with Nicole. The AI system and Nicole stated that my appointment was listed as 1pm. After a high level of frustration at this point I explained to her the entire situation and confirmed 2pm once again. My email address was still incorrect and she stated that she would change it and confirm my appointment for 2pm that day. I finally received the paperwork around 11am and signed it.
