"Built to Last Construction was recommended to me by a friend who had them remodel her kitchen. First I hired them to paint a steep stairway to the upstairs, along with the upstairs landing (built their own scaffolding) and install railings. Their work was very professional and I can't belief how good it looks! Next I had them completely remodeled the bathroom in coordination with a plumber and electrician. Tom and his wife Ann went shopping with me for bathroom fixtures but because the bathroom is so small nothing seemed like it was going to work out. Tom actually ended up building a linen cabinet, sink base and medicine cabinet with a lighted mirror to fit. The quality of the wood and workmanship is outstanding! I am also hiring them for other projects. They are always very thorough and kept me informed on all aspects of the projects. I recommended them to a friend who has had a hard time finding someone to update her deck. She will not be disappointed."

He replaced all the ceiling and wall drywall and painted in addition to the beam and relocating electrical. You can't tell where he melded the repairs. He and his crew were so polite and courteous. Donâ  t expect uniforms, trucks with the company name with fancy racks and multiple ladders from this company. You can expect hard work. I picked this company because Scott Maeder said he would scrub my house, not just power wash it. I know from experience that power washing alone will not remove 20 years of stains. They sprayed on a solution first. He then actually uses a brush with a bucket of solution to scrub all the siding. The finale step was to power wash the entire house. Did it all come out perfect? No, some stains are permanent but it is much, much cleaner."
