Dinse Contracting LLCWe hired Brian and his team to remodel our outdated Master Bath and couldn't be more pleased. It is important to know that we were specifically looking for a contractor that we could trust as we are not local and needed the confidence that the work would be done perfectly without our day to day supervision. Before starting, Brian spent a ton of time with us discussing our goals and what some options might be to get the results we were looking for. Once the work was started, we were amazed at the attention to detail that was put into every step of the job by everyone on the team that was put into our work. At one point, we even went back and made different tile choices based upon Brian's observation of some defects in the tile we chose that we never even noticed. The work was smooth from beginning to end and Brian was in constant contact all along the way letting us know how things were progressing and bringing new ideas to our attention. We are very appreciative of all the work Brian and his team put into our project and are planning on using him again to do work in our Kitchen as well.- Mike S.

SureGuard Roofing & MaintenanceAwesome company!!! I have dealt with a lot of contractors, but none have come close the great service I received from SureGuard. It started with Dillon who asked lots of questions and presented options based on what we wanted--no pressure, listened well. Other vendors who came either were hurried or trashed other competitors more than presenting their. I started with just a roof replacement. The SureGuard team did an excellent job working into dark to be sure everything was done as promised. This resulted in a siding and gutter project. I did not even consider getting additional quotes, because SureGuard earned my trust. Dillan presented a design based on what the interior of our home looked like. We went with a grey/white siding with cedar panels in red on the gables and a black/white/grey stone bottom half--BEAUTIFUL! John and Ryan made an awesome team. They are both friendly, courteous, and take great pride in the work they do. They would take out the time to explain exactly what they were working on and were patient to answer any questions. They were great with my dogs (one of my dogs still runs around the house looking for John!). The owner, Tony Saferian, came out almost daily to check on progress, answer questions and keep me aware of where they were at in the project. Tony is meticulous! He made it very clear that he expects to have the same quality of work done as though it was on his own home. I had some big additional items I requested during the project. Usually, a contractor would say they would do it later, but Tony and his team completed these changes. They wanted to be sure we were completely satisfied when the job was done. My wife and I were completely satisfied and expectations were exceeded. When you invest in your home make sure you invest in a good contractor. SureGuard is the best out there by far.- Robert J.

Motor City BuildersMotor City helped us transform a lake front cottage into a family home. 900 Sqft of addition were added to the existing home. ~75% of the existing structure was demolished and rebuilt. The job required a lot of ingenuity and creativity. Dave and his crew helped us from the design phase through the building process making necessary adjustments through the life of the project. Eugene and crew installed three doorwalls at our home today. The experience with Comfort Guard was 5 star from beginning to end, including sales process, product selection, research, ordering, delivery and installation. Personable, honest, and fair. No high pressure, and no "buy today or we won't honor this price" BS. What we did get is a quality fiberglass product with highly preferred Cardinal glass at a very competitive price installed by a highly qualified crew led by the owner himself. They took pride in their work, and it shows. We couldn't be more pleased with Comfort Guard.

While the crew was removing the original slider windows one of the new windows was blown over and left a couple of dents on interior window trim. Fortunately the window did not break. The screens to the slider windows were delivered at a later time but never installed. Following the owner's manual instructions the screens delivered cannot be installed. I have contacted WindowPRO regarding the screen issue but they have been slow in response.

After his hour and a half spiel and after it came down to the end, I said I needed to get a price. He gave me a price without a broken down estimate with details. I asked him for a written estimate and he said it would be $1000 and non refundable. I told him he needed to go then. For some reason, my request went through the system and he contacted me again asking why I reached out again. I told him I would never ask for him to come out again and we went on our ways.
