That gets you on the schedule. We secure your material and drop it off immediately, then we collect 1/2 of Labor the day we start the job and the balance of labor upon completion. YOU on the other hand made us very nervous speaking on how you WANT TO KILL your neighbor several times stating this. Finally, we provide 1 free quote you asked for a second in which we gave you for free now a 3rd?? without a contract. No you were costing us time and money. WE CHOSE TO DECLINE your job because of your behavior. Thank you we wish you the best."

You have never called, texted, or emailed me regarding being unhappy. 1st and foremost, when you described your home and what was needed, I should have sent someone out to see the condition however, I felt bad that u have disabilities preventing you from cleaning, so that was my fault for fitting you in at the last minute and not checking first.
