Best Choice Total Home ImprovementBest Choice did an excellent job on my roof. They did the roof on my house and garage in one day. Owner Matt Kneeshaw showed up first thing in the morning to make sure everything got started off right. He answer any and all questions. The roofers were very professional making sure none the plants and shrubs around the house and garage weren't damaged during tear off and installation. I've never had a roofing crew pay attention to detail and clean up as good as these guys. I would definitely recommend Best Choice everyone. Thanks again Matt Kneeshaw.- David Z.

BCM RoofingThey showed up on time when they came out for the consultation. He gave me a call before they were coming out to take care of the work. I had some corrections about their cleaning all the gutters on the contract but they only cleaned some of them so I called and talked to them about that yesterday. I haven't heard back but I am assuming, since I haven't paid them yet, that they are going to be coming out and doing that because they have to come back. I would continue to work with them when needed and refer them to other people.- Scott E.

Birds Beware Window CleaningBirds Beware workers arrived on time and were very courteous. We spent considerable time discussing the job and they went to work providing what I would consider to be an exceptional service. The gutters were cleaned (both upper and lower), leaves were blown off the roof shingles, and downspouts were checked for debris and also checked for purpose and usability after the job. I would certainly have Birds Beware back for future services and should add that as an added service, workers even blew the leaves from my driveway as an additional/extra function. We are very pleased with the work completed by Weather Vane Roofing. We contacted several companies and many were not interested as the job was small, unusual, and complex, requiring framing, roofing, gutters, and trim on a largely DIY project. Two companies came out but did not even submit a bid. Ryan promptly responded to our call and visited soon after. He completely understood the project and provided a timely bid. He professionally answered all questions. Josh, our crew leader, completed the job well ahead of the agreed upon deadline. His work was excellent. He patiently explained finishing options and his team was very professional. He is a detail oriented craftsman. We would definitely recommend Weather Vane Roofing.

I have been around the block and have had my fair share of dealings with construction companies... I know that writing this review, still wouldn’t give out enough credit and praise to this FABULOUS company! The owner Mark and his assistant Cody, first came to our home and went through all the windows that should be replaced... I knew they were an honest company and wasn’t out to take advantage of us in the least bit... After they assessed the windows that needed replacing, I asked about some of the others to see if we should replace... The answer we were given was; why would you want to waste your money, these other windows and sliding door are in great shape!… Wow!, was that ever refreshing to hear. In addition to that, we had asked if they would be interested in doing more exterior work for us; replacing some of the old wood around the house. They figured out what was rotting and replaced it with painted new wood. This company came out, and while working, they might notice something small that needed to be sealed up or fixed even... They didn’t have to do the little extras, but guess what... They did and did an OUTSTANDING JOB!!… We will NEVER, hire another company to come out and do our windows or projects. I am a long lifer with this company from here on out -Couldn’t be happier. The job went fast, the guys, Tom, Alex, Jimmy, and Cody were there on time, considerate beyond belief . They made certain that the property was clean after every single day and made sure we were happy with every single thing that was going in and on for all those days. When the projects were finished, they came back out and rehung our blinds back up. I must also mention that Tom, can custom build and trim out around posts and windows like I’ve never seen... But, he did have his helpers to assist, and for that, I am sure that that’s why and how he can do such great work. Jimmy, Alex, and Cody, BIG THANK YOU to all of you guys to. Matt was fabulous. I highly recommend him and his company. I never had the house power washed before and I will continue having it done through Matt every year. The house looks new. I had rust on vinyl siding I could never get out myself and he got every bit of it. I love the look of my house after he did it. I am very very pleased. The price was very very good and Matt was on time and extremely knowledgeable of what chemicals to use on the house. I am very satisfied with his work. He returns your calls promptly and shows up when he says. He takes pride in his work and won’t leave until you are happy and he is happy with his work. We were initially impressed by the owner's itemized, detailed bid submission. We went back and forth to refine a few things but went into the project feeling confident b/c the others weren't nearly as detailed or organized. Demo started in November 2017. HVAC, electrical, plumbing upgrades (and some structural issues) began in January. We originally estimated that the project would be done end of April. There were a few setbacks mainly due to materials/suppliers delays and a few structural surprises found during demo, so we finished almost the entire project in May. Just a few punch list items left, but nothing compared to other projects I've seen and experienced as a real estate agent and home renovator. All the inspector approvals happened early June, and we were moved in. Only the the replacement of a defective sink is left-- but that was the manufacturer's delay as they sent a replacement that was also uneven in casting so we had to order for a 3rd time. Dennis and his team were professional, did what they said they would do, and treated me with respect throughout the entire process. As always, I recommend creating a detailed list of everything you want to happen and actively participating in the project. Dennis' team didn't push back on the collaborative effort and the end result shows the entire process' success. I don't have photos right now, but will upload some later if possible.
