The installation team, Jon, Ryan and Forest arrived on time (actually a little early), and the guys were all very polite and professional. The installation was exactly as I expected (great), and I don't have to wear a ski jacket (it's December in Michigan) when I go upstairs and will be comfortable to work on and finish (soon, I hope!). Will definitely recommend Retrofoam!"

"The work they did was fine, but the marketing department needs to chill out. I tried multiple times to unsubscribe from their emails and phone calls, but they just kept coming. I finally had to block them. I ordered gutters without any filter because the only option they offer is the comically huge gutter helmet. I later installed leaf filters myself."

"They were very nice people and a pleasure to work with. However, they did take a lot longer than they said and seem to do a lot of rework. They seem to struggle with some of the project needs and or constantly running for parts and tools. The finished product looks great with only a couple of small boo-boos there was an accident with one of the expensive shower divorces which caused a one-day delay but the owner of the company hustled and got a replacement right away. They did seem to be over-friendly and use up a lot of our personal items and such as cold snap etcetera the only big problem I see is the mess they left in the garage. I would use these people again if the situation was right but as I said before they did not seem to know all of the tricks of the trade and how to install things and they or constantly taking part in travel and reworking them they did come in Honda original estimate dog only it took a lot longer than they had predicted. These people War greatly to work with, but they were trying to be very very friendly, and it cost time when I sit and talk and try to be such good friends. But I do recommend them and trusted them with my house while I was gone."
