At the time of service, we thought that they would be installing the filter, however as they were leaving, we were told that it would be shipped FedEx, and we felt this was slightly unprofessional."

They had a crew that unfortunately was unable to work that day due to a car accident that morning - Chris herself rearranged all the houses including ours and made the drive out herself to ensure we still were cleaned within the timeframe we were seeking.
