This group to our items to a location where they were transferred to another group to finish the move. More damage happened. I was overly careful about the damages I claimed (only submitting the largest items or easiest to replace), but had to negotiate to get a fair deal. BUT NVL did set me up with a great guy who could fix most of the damaged items."
