"We purchased a home in the woods, near lake Michigan this Spring. When we looked at the home, there was snow on the roof, and it was so beautiful. When the snow melted, we found the 10 year old roof was heavily covered in moss and algae. The team from Peak Performance came exactly to the minute when they said they would arrive, cleaned the roof so it looks as good as new, and when they left, the yard was cleaner than when they arrived. As the roof dried, it looked better and better...and in a matter of hours, I began to wonder if they had somehow slipped new shingles on the roof while I wasn't paying attention.
Going from a roof that was so heavily coated with moss, that in some places it looked a bit like indoor/outdoor carpet...transformed to what looks like a new roof is beyond astonishing. i love my new home, and having the look of it improve as much as it did with this one project....was worth many times what I paid.
