Surprise! the door did not match the trailer and had been shoddily constructed with the hinge barrels mis-aligned. I called Amerivet. I didn't get Gary- he sent out two younger guys. It took ~6 minutes before Guardian called Police dispatch. Absolutely unacceptable and pathetic. Worse yet, is that after 1 call to customer support and 2 emails to our Guardian Alarm account rep throughout the week, Guardian Alarm has yet to send out a tech or contact us with root cause and plan for corrective action. We pay well over $600/quarter for basically the worst service money can buy. If safety is important, find a more reputable alarm company. DO NOT RECOMMEND GUARDIAN ALARM!!!"
