"Outstanding Help With Basement Water Leak Erik came to our home to evaluate a water leak that was coming through the concrete wall in our basement, and he was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to clearly explain the root cause of the problem and walked us through the proper repair options in a way that was easy to understand. What I appreciated most was his honesty and professionalism. He didn’t try to oversell anything — instead, he focused on educating us so we could make the right decision. His knowledge of basement foundations and water intrusion issues is impressive, and his recommendations gave us real confidence moving forward with the repair. If you’re dealing with any kind of basement water problem, I highly recommend Erik. It’s rare to find someone who is both highly skilled and genuinely helpful."

"ACE came through for me. Needed concrete leveling of my home I was selling and they were able to come out in a short time and did an exceptional job. I didn’t think my driveway could of been leveled in the spot I needed but it came out great and is level. Also they leveled my sidewalk up to my porch and all of it came out nice and level."

"I found a crack in my concrete slab home and called ACE Mudjacking at the recommendation of a friend. Art came out past normal business to check the situation and was professional, honest, and thoughtful. We did not need a mudjacking in our situation, but I'd still highly recommend this company and would turn to him if ever I am in need of such service in the future."

Small jobs welcome

We are a locally owned and operated company that values honesty and integrity and treats your home as if it were our own. We specialize in using foam to level sunken concrete and eliminate trip hazards! \n\nThe benefits of using foam are that they are significantly less likely to sink again. In addition to first time concrete lifting customers, we do a lot of work where people have previously used mud to level concrete, and it sank back down within a couple of years! When this happens, they call us out to create a permanent fix.

Concrete Mudjacking questions, answered by experts

Trenching and boring are two distinct methods for installing underground utilities. Trenching involves digging a channel using equipment like an excavator, trencher, backhoe, or shovel. While it is a simpler process, it causes significant disruption to the surface, landscaping, and surrounding ecosystems.

Boring, also known as directional boring, is a less invasive alternative that uses a drill to create a tunnel for utility lines without disturbing the surface. This method is more precise and is ideal for installations that need to go underneath buildings, roads, or bodies of water. Although boring is less disruptive, it is generally more expensive than trenching.

Mudjacking is suitable for sidewalks, driveways, patios, and nearly all exterior flat structures. However, it may not suit severely damaged or heavily cracked areas.

Mudjacking is your best bet for leveling concrete on a tighter budget. It’s less expensive than foam or grout mixture. For smaller, surface-level issues, you could also use a self-leveling compound, which creates an even surface over existing concrete—it’s a budget-friendly option suitable for DIY enthusiasts.

The timeframe is generally a few hours, allowing for immediate use post-hydration, ensuring minimal disruption to surrounding activities.

The average cost for mudjacking is around $1,200, though prices can range from $300 to $3,400. On a per-square-foot basis, you can expect to pay between $3 and $8, with an average of about $5 per square foot. The final cost depends on several factors, including the square footage of the concrete, the type of slab, its accessibility, whether it is load-bearing, and the type of material used to lift it. Generally, lifting a driveway, small patio, or sidewalk is less expensive than lifting a slab foundation or garage floor.
