"I decided to turn my bathtub into a walk-in-shower and started doing research on the process and companies that provide that service. I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work"

"We had a fantastic full remodel done on our small kitchen - Dion and his team helped us envision a plan to open up the space and maximize it as much as we could which is tough in small Pittsburgh houses. The plan was 4-6 weeks and the project came out on time and on budget. It looks fantastic. Our kitchen is transformed - it is now beautiful and functional. TRR is a small, dedicated, careful crew. They are easy to work with and respectful of your time and space. After sharing our experience with friends and showing them our before-and-afters they keep telling us how lucky we were to find these guys - and you will be too!!"

"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."
