"Charles was on time , kept us informed at all times about our appointment and service. He was a REAL PRO. He gave advice about future carpet and use of cleaning soutions (on hard floors & their effect on carpeting). We paid him independently of "Home Advisor". Our experience with scheduling FROM HOME ADVISOR was canceled twice. e dealt completely with Charles from "Nice & Clean." We willnever use "Home Advisor" again. They asked for credit card info in advance & guaranteed a price. According to our provider of service this was erroneous activity."

"The team of workers that cleaned our carpets was very complete and polite. They showed us a room after cleaning about 1/4th. It looked like NEW carpet!"

"Very pleased. My very old carpet looks great. Ryan was nice & worked very hard to do the best job he could, called when he knew he would be slightly late, and I appreciate his efforts. Would recommend this business to anyone."

"Ashleigh has been cleaning our Airbnb for 4 years…she does a great job! We have high reviews for cleanliness and she takes the extra steps to make it perfect for our guests."

"She did such a great job and worked quick! My countertops were spotless! With two cats in the house she was able to get all of the cat hair! A great person to hire for cleaning."

"Call off the search, Traverse City, and the surrounding area!!! You have FOUND your vendor for waste material removal. I'm telling you, from start to finish, this project was EZ PZ! The customer service is exceptional (Allison), the field agent was kind and professional (Gary), and the equipment is extraordinarily clean for a dumpster and was in excellent condition. Full stars! Keep up the good work!"

"Actually I was a little nervous about using Johnson's, but once I talked to Mr Johnson and he reassured me of his work, I decided to give him a try and I am glad I did. He did a very good job on my sofa and love seat. The color is a off white and I had never had it cleaned before. By the time he had finished, it looked like new again. I am very pleased with his worked. Thank you very much for recommending him to me."

"Richard is a good guy but needs more experience and attention to detail. His pricing is good but needs to pay attention to detail. Did not keep worksite clean. He did injure his leg in a car accident which affected his performance on the new vinyl plank work on our project. He is a hard worker and wants to do a good job so I think he will be okay."

"They were very good. They were able to cleaned the couch that has stain. I was very pleased with the service. The communication was fine and they were responsive."
