Mike, the company's owner at JRD, was very down to earth and helpful, explained our options with out trying to oversell anything. He immediately returned calls and addressed any concerns on the spot. It was a very challenging project with canterlevered supports needing replacement, a deck with various heights that needed railings installed in a completely custom made way. Truly impressive!
