I could not have been more pleased with the various painting projects Steve has completed for me. His work is excellent. He always gave above and beyond what was expected, he was punctual, possessed knowledge and skills in so many areas, showed respect for my property, and he worked promptly. He always displayed a positive attitude, and his pleasing, yet professional personality, made him easy to have around. I found him to be honest in all dealings, and I recommend him and his work highly.

We have a huge deck - about 2,000 square feet. Normally I tackle it myself, but last minute I was injured and needed to hire someone to do the work BEFORE the cold weather arrived. Steve was AMAZING!! He worked me into his schedule right away to try and beat the weather. He gave my project his full attention. He did quality work in a very timely manner. He was organized, He went above and beyond - making a repair that I hadn't gotten to, moving heavy things that I couldn't. He was fun to have around and was very pleasant. I asked him for extra business cards to hand out because I was so happy with his work. I will absolutely hire him again. Thank you Steve!

I have hired South Lake Painting to prep, stain, and protect a bedroom floor, skim coat and paint bedroom, as well as demo, prep, paint, and install recessed lighting in my basement with plans to stain exterior deck, paint cabinets, and finish remaining area of basement. He has removed and replaced multiple appliances and fixtures with ease including toilets, lights, and light switch/outlet replacement. I have come to expect professional, courteous, and prompt service time and time again from Steveâ s team and make sure to recommend him to friends/family when looking for same services I am.

Steve did an amazing job painting my entire home and staining my deck! He has wonderful technical skills, is honest, timely and completed my project under budget and in a timely fashion. He was always responsive to emails/phone calls and is an amazing painter.

Before painting this bathroom, he had to strip vinyl wallpaper, including the paste, which is difficult. In the end, everything turned out just fine.
