"This business is so wonderful, second to none! William clearly truly cares about helping his clients and was super educational, resourceful and empowering. His customer service clearly comes from his heart and ideals and truly stands out. He makes it all accessible and heâ s super transparent about how he does what he does so I can help myself too. And very respectful. Iâ ve only done one treatment so far but Iâ m already loyal and will be happily recommending him to anyone who needs pest control in the future! Thanks for everything, I learned a lot!"

"Worked well had a raccoon getting into my polebarn, was leaving presents on the tool box and workbench. I swear the little thief is responsible for my missing 10mm sockets. Anyhow Randy came out used his traps and caught the little bandit red-handed in the barn, now closed up the area he was getting in. Would highly recommend"

We perform a combination heat and spray treatment that eliminates all bed bugs and eggs in a single visit. Sprays alone cannot ever kill eggs, so a spray approach requires 3-4-5 visits and maybe you still do not get them all. We've been using this proven method successfully for 9 years. Because it works 98% of the time in a single day, we can GUARANTEE to rid your home of bed bugs completely. If there are still bed bugs after our treatment, we will come back out at no cost to you and do whatever it takes to rid you once and for all. \nWe are a local MI based business, we pride ourselves in personal service and integrity. Bed bugs are extremely difficult to get rid of, even for traditional pest control companies, and you can trust us to get it right.

Pest Control questions, answered by experts

Getting roaches to completely go away will take a lot of effort, and they hardly ever go away on their own. You will likely need a combination of home treatments, like roach sprays and traps, and regular visits from an exterminator, to control an infestation. It can take awhile for these treatments to start working, and you’ll need to stay on top of replacing old traps and having additional extermination services, plus keeping your home clean and decluttered, to deter roaches.

Paper wasps look similar to other wasps, like yellow jackets. They have narrow, but not thread-like, waists with black or brown bodies and yellow colorations. You can better identify paper wasps by their nests, which are made with regurgitated wood pulp. The nests look like they are made from paper and usually have visible hexagonal holes, like a honeybee hive.

They build their nests in places like eaves or branches, and their removal more often warrants the help of a wasp control specialist near you.

It's advisable to avoid using harmful methods to eliminate birds. Poisoning birds is inhumane and can have unintended ecological consequences, affecting other wildlife and pets. Similarly, using firearms or other lethal means poses safety risks and could be illegal in many areas. Sticky substances like adhesives can cause birds to become trapped and injured. Lastly, playing excessively loud or distressing noises can stress birds and humans. Focusing on humane and environmentally responsible strategies is essential when dealing with bird issues.

The purpose of a wasp is as a predator to maintain balance in ecosystems. Wasps prey on many insects, including other wasps, spiders, caterpillars, flies, beetles, and more. Without wasps, these insects may become overpopulated. Some wasps also help pollinate, which can be beneficial to your garden.

While possums don’t typically carry rabies, they can have lice, fleas, ticks, and mites. According to the University of California’s Pest Management Program, possums can also carry diseases like leptospirosis, tuberculosis, toxoplasmosis, coccidiosis, and fevers. Possums are also the carriers of a parasite that can pass to horses and cats called Equine Protozoal Myeloencephalitis (EPM).
